I think this is the one pub in Higher Bentham that you need to visit, for what its worth. A free house in a converted... something or other, I don’t know. Bare brick walls all around and a clean comfortable room to drink in. Possibly/probably quite a lively atmosphere on a night. Real ales from Cross Bay, Kirkby Lonsdale and Dark Horse and my pint of Zenith from the former was spot on.
