This pub is situated on a busy road heading north out of Darwen.
The Brookside was a very basic pub that was in need of some attention inside,there were a couple of small rooms and i had a drink in the bar which was pretty basic and also fairly cold.
There were no real ales on here and i had a drink of keg Tetley bitter and this was a pretty poor drink.
