Marstons owned locals boozer in the heart of Coppull which has a slightly rougher edge to the others in the village. That said I quite liked it and especially the separate “racing room” full of pensioners reading the Racing Post on a Saturday evening. On the downside, two unclipped handpulls and a feeling that this pub could easily be a bit of a classic in different hands.
