Well-to-do Robinsons pub on the main shopping street. Inside you’re immediately hit by the smell of food and rather gentile atmosphere. Pleasant enough place to drink but just not much of a pub, maybe it gets a bit livelier later on but I doubt it. Three Stockport ales on of which I had a respectable Unicorn for £4.50 and sat at the front to watch local life.
