Grounded by another spell of Covid so killing time rewatching Danny Dyers Real football Factories and this pub gets a sizeable airing as the pub of choice for the Burnley Suicide Squad. Slightly surprised to find it closed down. It looked like a quality establishment on the tele………….. not..

Very close to Burnley FC this is a standard boozer that offers no frills comfort and beer. The largish lounge is fairly basic and has standard seats and tables. No real ale from what I could see so its fizz-a-likes for you. There is apparently a pool table but it was either in a different room or put away. Probably a bit busy on match days but it was quiet on my midweek afternoon visit.
