I'm the licensee of the Unity Brook - which is now also a CARVERY!! Its been a challenge getting this pub up and running efficiently - but, patience is a virtue lol.
Over the year we have moved away from pre-packed microwave food onto fresh produce and healthier options and also a kiddies menu. We also have a brand new carvery (launch 2009) and a buffet service which has been incredibly popular.

I notice the main review gave four stars from Mandy Grimshaw - is this not the landlady? if so is it a fair review? The pub might be being cleaned up but what they sell doesnt inspire you to return
