This pub just outside the town centre, is home to the Red Rose Brewery,and is a haven for the real ale buff.It hosts a multitude of guest beers,with prices that are not over the top. After deliberation i opted for the 'Flat Cap' which was on top form. On occasions beer festivals are held here.
