Alan Winfield left this review about The New Inn
The New Inn is a typical looking town pub that has got quite a long frontage, the pub is situated opposite the Miners Arms and Cottage pubs.
Once inside there was a decent bar which had bench seating and stools, there was a larger seperate lounge which was carpeted and had comfy bench seating and chairs.
The pub was a Wilsons tied house when i went in it,there were two real ales on the bar,i had a drink of Joseph Holts bitter which was a very nice drink, the other beer was Wilsons bitter.
This was a pleasant enough pub to have a drink in.
