The Miners Arms is a small looking pub that is just up from the Cottage Tavern, the pub is situated next to a very busy road junction.
Once inside the pub had a smart comfortable lounge and a decent bar,the bar was basic but in a nice way.
The pub was a Marstons tied house when i went in it,there were three real ales on the bar,i had a drink of Banks's bitter which was a decent drink, the other beers were Banks's mild and Marstons bitter.
I like doing pubs like this.
