Alan Winfield left this review about The Lord Nelson
The Lord Nelson is a small looking stand alone pub that is situated in a fairly quiet area off the busy lees road.
Once inside there was a smart lounge to the front, this room was carpeted and had comfy bench seating and stools, there was a seperate bar to the rear.
The pub was a Marstons tied house when i went in it,there were two real ales on the bar,i had a drink of Banks's mild which went down well, the other beer was Marstons bitter.
I was happy enough drinking in this pub.
