Alan Winfield left this review about The Cambridge Inn
The Cambridge is a bare brick built pub that is set in the back streets of Ashtons west end.
Once inside the pub had two seperate rooms, there was a decent sized bar which had a pool table and darts board, the lounge was more comfortable with carpets and very comfortable bench seating,i had a drink in this room, because it seemed to be more livly.
The pub is a Thwaites tied house, there were two real ales on the bar,i haad a drink of Thwaites bitter which was a nice drink, the other beer was Thwaites mild.
I quite enjoyed my time in this pub.
