Just a quick pint, then I'm off left this review about The Five Bells
Traditional village pub, and such a 'local' that it was only open to regulars at one point during the coronavirus restrictions. Thankfully that's stopped now, and it's again open to all (although I still didn't find it particularly welcoming...). There are several slightly different seating areas around the bar counter, plus some outside benches and tables at the front. As a Shepherd Neame house, I found Master Brew (£4.20) and a cider from the pair of handpumps, although it turned out that the dispense was actually from keg-type taps just to the rear, so possibly on gravity or maybe electric pumps are involved?
