Just a quick pint, then I'm off left this review about The Woodman

Shepherd Neame pub on the old A21, now a quiet bypassed village High Street. Semi-traditional look to the interior, with the bar in the centre, the main seating on the right-hand side and a dining area up some steps off to the left. Decoration is a rather eclectic mix of different bits and pieces; interesting to look at, even if not very authentic. Raised terrace on one side and a larger grassed beer garden at the back. Master Brew, Whitstable Bay Pale (£5.50) and Spitfire offered from the three handpumps.

Blue Scrumpy left this review about The Woodman

One of two pubs in Farnborough village, this one is a Shepherd Neame establishment and has the feel of a cosy village pub, despite being in Greater London. Shepherd Neame Master Brew is the regular ale here. Their Bishop's Finger was also on, along with a "guest beer", which surprisingly enough was from Shepherd Neame. This was Dragonfire from their new Cask Club range.

Me ordering the Dragonfire seemed to provoke a bit of discussion amongst the bar staff and regulars. Bar staff seemed quite excited that they had a "guest beer" on, with the two guys at the bar frowning at the price I was being asked to pay. Needless to say, I wasn't expecting much from the dramatically named beer and duly found it to be quite insipid.

Sitting nearest the bar, there was another group of people with a dog on a slightly raised area to the left of the entrance and another couple came in and took up a table off to the right-side of the entrance where there is more seating.

A Shepherd Neame pub showing a little adventure and it's certainly a nice enough pub in a fairly quiet village seemingly popular with passing cyclists. However, I wouldn't make a special journey back here.
