Just a quick pint, then I'm off left this review about The Shakespeare

Newly reopened "pub, workspace and holiday accommodation" with a semi-modern bar, located directly across the main road from the western end of the main beach and close by the station. The various seating / dining areas have been refurbished, and the place was understandably very busy on the August bank holiday weekend. Four handpumps on the counter, although only She Sells Sea Shells from Gadds (£4.50) was available.

Met my sister at the station and popped in for a pint. Very friendly staff and a good pint

The Shakespeare is one of the best pubs around in Margate. It has been recently refurbished. Its very clean and service is excellent. I will be coming back again
