Just a quick pint, then I'm off left this review about The Lord Byron

One of the old-fashioned side-street community locals that are increasingly hard to find these. This corner pub is larger than it initially appears because the light L-shaped bar at the front is extended backwards by a substantial (but gloomier) games area with two pool tables and five dartboards. No cask ale of course, and only a limited selection of standard keg selection of the John Smith's (£4.20) variety.
