Just a quick pint, then I'm off left this review about The Walnut Tree
Attractive country pub that has had its issues since I last visited nearly ten years ago, but hopefully things are starting to look up again (with live music events advertised and talk of reintroducing food). The staple-shaped interior remains very traditional, but could probably do with a bit of a spruce-up. Substantial beer garden to the rear (but note if entering from the car park that this located behind the owner's private garden). As a Shepherd Neame house, I found Master Brew and Spitfire Gold (£3.90) available from the two pairs of handpumps on this visit.
