Just a quick pint, then I'm off left this review about The Moody Mare
Located away from any real habitation, bit beside the busy B2016 Seven Mile Lane so a good deal of potential passing trade. Formerly the Beech Inn, it then operated as the Beeches restaurant for a period before changing its name and encouraging the drinking public to start using the bar again. The front room is still set aside for dining, and there is a separate function room at the back, between which is a fairly compact rustic bar with a couple of extra tables up one step at the end. Also has a patio area on the car park side. One handpump with three clips on the counter, but the Whitstable Bay Pale, Kent Brewery Pale and Long Man Best (4.00) are all served direct from the casks under the bar-back.
