You can indeed walk in and buy a beer. Guinness was out of stock, so tried the house lager for £5.20 in a plastic glass. Decor of a German bierkeller apparently. Groups of mostly younger people listening to very loud music through the decades awaiting the Thursday karaoke. The rows of benches suggest regimented fun at the weekend. Not somewhere for a quiet pint of ale.
