Just a quick pint, then I'm off left this review about The Villager
Vigo is a curious place; a semi-modern village in an unlikely woodland setting atop the North Downs, and looking at this 1970s building you might expect a grim estate pub. However, the spacious two-bar layout has a mix of seating and a side dining area in the lounge, and all is well maintained (including the small patio beer garden). Not only having four handpumps - but also finding all in use - was also a surprise, with Young's Original, Proper Job, Perry St Pale from Iron Pier (£4.30) and Old Dairy's Uberbrew available.
