Just a quick pint, then I'm off left this review about Kings Arms

Attractive old pub, overlooking the cricket pitch on the triangular village green. On entering, I was surprised to find all the tables laid up for those dining, but that didn't prove a problem because the bar staff were entirely happy for those just looking for a drink to sit wherever they liked. Apart from that, the main L-shaped bar and lower side room have been given a smart, semi-traditional makeover (and there is another room at the back where a wake was being held during my visit). Looking for the real ale, I didn't initially spot the pair of handpumps, but these proved to be dispensing London Pride and Titanic's White Star (£4.40).
