Just a quick pint, then I'm off left this review about The White Lion
Proper village pub, set back from the road a bit in an unusually tall 2½-storey brick building with a fully symmetrical façade. The interior has been opened out a bit, but there are still two separate bars (albeit both stripped of most furniture when I visited due to social distancing restrictions). However, on a nice day, there is plenty of outside seating with wooden benches at the front and a beer garden (partly under shelter) to one side. As a Shepherd Neame house, Master Brew and Whitstable Bay Pale (£4.20) were available from the four handpumps.
