Just a quick pint, then I'm off left this review about The Marquis of Granby
Fine-looking inn in an imposing position in the village centre, now transformed into an upmarket gastro-pub and boutique hotel. Didn't get to see much of the smart, modernised interior due to the ongoing coronavirus restrictions, but on a sunny (if windy) afternoon, the multi-level decking terrace at the rear was a fine spot. Harvey's (£4.10) and Landlord available on handpump when I visited, and for such a food-led establishment, I was still made welcome just stopping by for a drink.
