Just a quick pint, then I'm off left this review about The Crown Inn
Located in the former Kent coalfield (although Eythorne isn't one of the pit villages), and a rather large establishment than the frontage suggests. The main entrance is now located round the corner (accessed by a flight of steps), and this leads to a partially opened-out arrangement of seating and dining areas on three sides of the central counter. Traditional, if slightly plain, furniture and decor; and a good community atmosphere. Small terrace to one side, and a split-level beer garden by the car park. Three of five handpumps in operation: Tribute and two beers from Wells: regular Bombardier and Burning Gold.
