Just a quick pint, then I'm off left this review about The Jackdaw
Attractive village pub / restaurant, once featured (both outside and within) in the 1969 Battle of Britain film. Whilst the interior has since been modernised / extended in an upmarket way, and the front car park is now a small beer garden with a few wooden benches, the original part is still quite recognisable. The side and rear dining areas are all very upmarket, but the separate bar area has a little general seating. Two Hopdaemon beers - Golden Braid and Incubus (£4.25) - available from the three handpumps.
