Just a quick pint, then I'm off left this review about The Black Horse

Traditional side-street pub, and although partially opened-out out inside it retains three distinct seating areas (including the rear Posh Bar with its own small counter from the central servery). Low key but tidy furniture and decor throughout. Patio beer garden (with water feature) out back. Disappointingly, though, just Old Speckled Hen (£3.90) available from the four handpumps.

Thriving buzzy community pub a short walk from the town centre, nice friendly welcome and happy to order a taxi for us(even if it was driven by Evil Kneivel's more risky double). Plenty of seating in the two bars and an outside area that looks well tended and I guess is nice in summer. Courage Best, Taylors Landlord and Adnams Bitter. Landlord and Adnams in very good nick.
