Light and airy roadside pub eatery. L-shaped main bar with white artex style walls and ceiling and an informal restaurant area to the rear. Various pics of old IoW on walls. Large enclosed grassed rear garden with plenty of fauna and kids play area. Friendly barman. Three ale on; Bombardier Gold, Ringwood Razor Back and Exmoor Gold. I tried the latter which unfortunately tasted sweetcorn-like and came with a couple of sea monsters towards the bottom of the glass. Wasn’t really one to trouble the Cedars up the road. 5.5
