The Rifle Volunteer is a medium sized pub that is on a hill so there are steps up to the pub.
Once inside this was quite a nice pub with a couple of rooms that i noticed, this pub is a Greene king tied house and there were two real ales on the bar i had a drink of Greene King IPA and this was a decent drink the other beer was Abbot.
