The Woolpack was a decent looking stand alone pub that was in the town centre.
Once inside there was one room that was quite comfortable and also fairly smart,this pub was a free house and there were two real ales on the bar i had a drink of McMullens AK bitter and this was a decent drink the other beer was Greene King IPA.
I thought this was a decent pub and it is sad to read that is has been pulled down.
