A classic flat roof estate pub in a little local shopping presinct.There are two distinct rooms,a side door leads to the more popular sports bar with a small stage to the right for karaoke and various acts with a few high tables,while to the left of the bar is a pool table and some flatscreens on mute.More high tables and a bar with a mirrored back.The other room has it's own servery ,a few seats and along a dog leg five darts boards,although this room was empty on my Saturday afternoon visit.
The single handpump was reversed and the keg options multinational crap so a half of Stella at £2.60 was my only purchase.
Pleasant enough but unexciting,at least some effort is made to attract local folk but there is no need for a revisit from me.
