The Peacock is a stand alone pub that looked like it has had a makeover from its outside appearance.
Once inside there is a roughly L Shaped room with the bar on the right side, the floor is bare boarded, the seating is normal tables and chairs and settees.
There were no real ales on the bar or even keg bitters,i had a drink of Guinness, which was bland like it normally is now, there was also Estrella on the bar and a craft keg crap beer.
Background music was playing.
The pub was almost empty on my late Saturday afternoon visit.
Not a pub to my taste.

This place has had a bit of an identity crisis over the past two or three years. It’s been called Ryans Bar, O’Neills (twice) and it’s current name The Peacock (also twice). I’m hoping they might change the name again soon and get rid of the awful gaudy colour scheme.
