Nice looking pub set back from the main road on the Croxley Green. It has a clean white frontage and an impressive floral display. Inside it’s clean and tidy and has gone down the gastro route with comfortable seating and a restaurant area at the back. Looks to be trying to attract the more mature, affluent local population, leaving the nearby Artichoke to cope with the younger crowd. There’s a large decking area to the right hand side with a tables and a kids play area that looks popular with families, there’s also a few tables out front overlooking the Green. Easy listening background music. Couple of real ales available, Pride and Old Speckled Hen.
