Although clean, I thought this place was soulless and imagined it being more popular with diners than drinkers. I read the menu and there is a good choice of different priced meals and the ingredients suggested good value for money, but I did not eat so cannot say for sure.
Country Bitter, AK and Whole Hop Brewery Googly were available on my visit alongside a standard draught selection and my pint of Guinness was well served by a friendly barman.
There are two tiny plasma screens which were both off during my visit and I wondered what they were actually for other than aesthetics.
I know people that would like this pub, but it not really my cup of tea so I'll not be returning.
