Up for let and currently operating as a quasi-café/bar. Up a steep set of steps to enter. A nasty green, white and grey coloured interior awaits with scuffed wood floor, a fairly unsympathetic whack-through and the bar area is a real tight narrow bottleneck. At the rear is a wood fired pizza oven. 2x Wye Valley ales at the bar and I was surprised to get a rather decent HPA (NBSS 3.5) which means I can't really be too grumpy about the other shortcomings.

This pub has a good relaxing atmosphere to it, plus we had a very well kept, Wye Valley, Butty Bach. The pub is small, so seating is limited. Another main attraction here is the wood burning pizza oven and an open fire on the left of entrance. The manager was very particular and runs the pub excellently.

Small one roomed pub. Up some steep stone steps into the pub the bar is straight ahead and continues towards the back of the pub. To the right and left there are seating areas and this continues down the left hand side of the pub, past the bar to the back where there is a pizza oven which is one of the attractions of the inn. The bar has two handpulls which were Wye Valley Bitter and Butty Bach, my bitter was served a bit on the cold side. There is a seating area outside which I didn't investigate as it was peeing down outside.
