Quick update to keep it current

Has two bars, Lounge / food & Public, pool table, TV, fruit machines etc

Now down to 2 ales, Courage Directors & GK Abbott. usual selection of lagers and kegs

Had a lick of paint since my last visit, all clean & tidy, but still not one to travel miles for

The pub profits may improve over time as there is large housing estate being built on the opposite fields

Went back after many years absence, new tenants took over in Nov 2007, and a lot more friendly than previous incumbent

The pub is unchanged, typical suburban estate pub, not one you would travel miles to get to, but not one to avoid either

3 bitters, including Sharps "Doom Bar" from Cornwall, others were Fullers London Pride & Flowers Original. I had the Doom, very malty & tasty

There is a car park & fenced garden, food also available
