Requested be closed with reason - Other: Now closed & boarded up, large skip in car park. There was a fire in the upper floors July 2010 which may have some bearing on this sad state

THE owners of a historic Southsea hotel say they will walk away from a £5m redevelopment after being partly refused planning permission.
