A very basic locals pub,a carpeted front room with normal basic seating, apparently there is a rear room with a pool table, it wasn't obvious how to access this but free pool was advertised at certain hours of the day so there must be a table somewhere, I stuck to the main room where there are five handpumps, only one was clipped though with the offering of Goddards Fuggle De Dum, while this was in decent condition and reasonably priced at £1.50 a half, it wasn't to my taste. I found this pub a little too tatty and erring on the run down side to tempt a revisit from me, that said it was well attended with said locals.
