I visited this large Victorian red brick corner house with old period features (I must stop calling my wife that), now owned by Fullers. The downstairs rooms have been knocked through to form a single u-shaped bar with wooden flooring. The staff were friendly and welcoming, the regulars equally pleasant, if a little rowdy. There were gaming machines, a sweet dispenser and a dartboard on show, as well as a pool table, and someone said there was also a bar billiard table though we didn't see it. The only ale on was London Pride, which was in reasonable condition. A decent local, one of the better pubs in this area, and I'd be happy to come back when passing.
