E TA left this review about The Jameson Arms
A backstreet local modelled on a Victorian pub, but the modern (1970s?) building is long and narrow as is the single carpeted bar. There was lively music on the jukebox, mostly 1960s, which seemed to invigorate the few locals who were in. The tv wasn't showing sport, the dartboard wasn't in use and the pool table was idle. There was no WiFi. There was a strong local following, but they weren't particularly welcoming of strangers. There was no real ale, so we had bottles of brown beer for the sake of nostalgia. Not really worth including in a crawl, and it’s away from the main road so best left to the locals.
