"Plans to demolish a former pub and turn it into a convenience store with housing have been put on hold.
Councillors said they were concerned about the viability of the plans for the site of the Linden Lea.
Plans had been submitted to Fareham Borough Council to turn the empty pub into a convenience store with eight homes built above it"
