Just a quick pint, then I'm off left this review about The Chamberlayne Arms

Substantial Marstons pub, separated from from the main part of the High Street by the Swan Centre. Interior opened out to form an island bar with various seating areas (including one part raised by two steps). Side dining area. Pool. Large screen plus many TVs for sports. Plenty of pictures, bric-a-brac and other memorabilia about. Rear patio beer garden. Jennings Bitter and Pedigree (£2.75) available from the two of three handpumps in operation. (NB - Review dates from August 2011.)
