A very nice interior with some tasteful wallpaper and bespoke rock group prints. Fairly quiet. One ale available (GK London Glory) which was terrible and had to go back to the pleasant barmaid who at least took it off and exchanged for a Guinness with no fuss or extra charge. The collection of dustpan and brushes behind the bar are apparently due to a new management and a clean sweep (ho ho). I recommend investing in a short cellaring course, myself. Suggestions that this is a gay-friendly venue unconfirmed. If you don't drink ale, then I guess this one isn't too bad.
