Alan Winfield left this review about The Railway Inn
The Railway was a small old corner pub that was situated quite close to the now closed Pendleton train station.
Once inside the pub had a couple of rooms,i had a drink in the bar which was at the front this room was fairly basic but still a nice room to sit in over a drink.
The pub was a Boddingtons tied house and there were two real ales on the bar i had a drink of Boddingtons bitter and this was a nice drink the other beer was Boddingtons mild.
It is a shame that this pub has now closed down like many other pubs i have been in in this area of Salford.
