When i went in the Old Ship it was one of many pubs on chapel street,this pub was fairly close to victoria station.
The pub looked fairly plain from the outside but once inside the pub was quite smart and comfortable,we had a drink in the lounge because i was with my wife and she was happy enough having a drink in here.
This pub was a Boddingtons tied house and there were two real ales on the bar we had a drink of Boddingtons bitter and this was a very nice drink the other beer was Boddingtons mild.
Sadly this pub has been pulled down to make way for a small car park and a few plants for the premier inn hotel.what a waste.
