The Jollies was a smallish corner pub that was situated at the top end of oldfield road.
The pub has just been repainted and was waiting for its signs to be added when we went did this pub,once inside we went in a smartish room at the front of the pub,there may have been other rooms but we did'nt look.
When we did this pub it was a Lees tied house and there were two real ales on the bar we had a drink of Lees bitter which was a decent enough drink,the other beer was Lees GB mild.
This was a fairly basic pub but still a decent enough pub to have a few drinks in.
It is a shame that this pub has now closed down.
