A pleasant little Sam Smiths pub. 3 rooms with the one to the right of the bar via a doorway while the other 2 are connected via an archway. It has a quiet homely feel to it which belies the chaos of the main road on which it stands. No real ale.

A very neatly decorated Sam Smiths pub. A traditional 3 roomed local with the lounge to the right, the tap room to the left with a pool table and a snug to the rear. Lots of dark wood and nice leather look settles. Real fires going in both the tap room and the snug. There's also a small beer garden to the rear. Very popular with an older clientele on my late Friday afternoon visit, despite the miserable weather outside. Sadly there's no real ale, so I had a half of the Dark Mild at a wallet busting 67p. This is a very popular and comfortable pub and I would happily call in again, just a shame there's no real OBB on tap.
