Had not been in this pub for about 10 years so thought it was time I called to see if anything had changed. Nothing had as far as I could see - It was in need of some refurbishment but apart from that it was clean and tidy. The Landlord and several other customers, who were complete strangers to me, made me feel most welcome and included me in their conversation. The Samuel Smith's lager was on top form so, all in all, I had an enjoyable couple of pints.
