I walked in to a totally empty pub, with music playing and two pump clips on the three hand pumps - Wye Valley Butty Bach and Butcombe Original. Neither of them beers that I have ever craved. I waited for service to materialise. While waiting I noticed a WiFi account number and password: both were the factory settings. I thought maybe I'll come back when the new people have had time to settle in.

this seemed to be a fairly small and bland pub which was very quiet compared to others I visited in the town. 2 real ales, Butcombe Original and Jonah something or other. a pub that has obviously been renovated but with limited success it seems.

We went in for Sunday lunch last week and it was lovely people are nice and the food is great
