What appeared to be a lovely village pub with two small bar/lounge areas separated by access to the courtyard was marred somewhat by the attitude of the landlady sat in the garden who when a customer unknowingly aware of who she was moaned about his drink not filling the glass. This was met with a tirade of "no you don't want to complain, some people like head on their drinks, I'm the landlady", the fact was it wasn't filled with head just a short measure. To then be followed up with if you do complain to I'll pour the drink over you. Great customer service. Maybe down to the disgruntled customer being about 20 years old if that. Certainly not the way I'd expect to be treated.
