Bit of an oddity. Three distinct buildings semi-whacked together and also operated by Thwaites, them of the Nurf who have next-to-nothing down south. Another mid-market Cirencester outlet, with a mix of dining and drinking in the mock-Tudor fronted building. Four cask with three Thwaites and a local brew in Corinium Ale Caeser which was in decent nick (NBSS 3) if not a particularly good brew. Decent crawl fodder, to be fair. 6.5

The Fleece is in the midde of Cirencester on the market place and it has a mock tudor front which makes this pub look different to most of the pubs in this town.
Once inside this pub was quite smart but there were no real ales on the bar the only bitter was a keg version of Bass so i had a Guinness.

Pub visited 3 August 2002.
