A traditional pub with a large fireplace in the middle of the bar area. The part where you walk in is the drinking area, with three table available, including one right inside the door. The other area is set for eating, with the cutlery on the table, which I do not like to see. The piped music was loud and annoying. Four real ales were available, and a friendly atmosphere. Pleasant, but I would not make a special journey to visit again.
